I live in Poland capitol - Warsaw - it's kind of different urban approach than in other countries, being result of both cultural and historic factors. So in some way we don't have down town, suburbs - not to mentions I don't know if raccoons live in my geographical region, or at last in such amount to be noticeable.

yea in those older countries the cities are so much different because they usually have buildings that have been standing there for so long and little vegetation but yea you probably don't have raccoons around there

Actually as Warsaw was almost completely destroyed - only some "original"(rebuild) left of those. It's more about city plan: which in Warsaw case can't be easy put into already existing categories.
